Karen Grech, Founder and Director
Hi, my name is Karen and I founded a business as an NDIS-registered Plan Manager for people with disabilities, especially those who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. We have been providing our services across Australia since May 2021.
My husband and I are both Deaf, and our first language is Auslan Sign Language.
I am a member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers Australia and have 15+ years of administrative and financial experience.

We are passionate about empowering you as a Deaf or hard of hearing person or a person with a disability to achieve your life goals through your NDIS Plan.

One Plan Management follows the rules of the Federal Privacy Act (1988) and the Australian Privacy Principles which govern the collection, use and storage of personal information.
During the first contact/meeting with One Plan Management, clients will be told what information is being collected, why, how and by whom the information is collected, used and disclosed and their rights about privacy.
One Plan Management will ensure that all staff understand their responsibilities about privacy through information and training.
