What is One Plan Management?

One Plan Management can support you in managing your NDIS Plan budget by receiving and paying your invoices for NDIS services as well as liaising with your service providers.

To use our services, you need to have the ‘Improved Life Choices’ funding category in your NDIS Plan. This is funding to pay for a Plan Manager.

You will receive a monthly statement listing all paid invoices and how much funding in each NDIS plan managed category is left.

Step 1: Sign Up

Email your NDIS plan to info@oneplanmanagement.com.au or complete our online registration form.

Step 2: Service Agreement

We will send you our Service Agreement for you to sign and send back to us. This document will explain how we will work together.

Step 3: Sending Invoices

Your service provider (interpreters, support workers etc) will send invoices to accounts@oneplanmanagement.com.au.

Step 4: Invoice approvals and payments

There are three options:
1. View, approve or reject invoice via our mobile app
2. We will forward the invoice via email so you can review and approve or reject their invoice
3. You can choose to trusted invoice and it is automatically approved
